Summary Annual Reports for Benefit Plans A copy of the most recent Summary Annual Reports for the College's benefit plans is available online. If you would like a printed copy or additional information regarding any of the benefit plans, please call Personnel Services at ext. 4689. College Alcohol and Drug Policies Hamilton College is committed to the development and maintenance of an educational and workplace environment in compliance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989 and the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and will not tolerate the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by students and employees on its property or as part of any of its activities. Compliance with the provisions of these policies is a condition of employment. Disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment and referral for prosecution may be required by any employee who is found to be in violation. TIAA-CREF Individual Counseling Sessions There are openings still available for personal consultations with Raffaele Bruno, the Hamilton College TIAA-CREF representative who will be on campus Wednesday, April 13.
