Overview
The Hamilton College men's lacrosse team ended 2011 with four straight wins, including a 9-8 upset of nationally ranked No. 11 Skidmore College, and finished the season with a record of 11-3. The 11 wins were the most for the team since 2006. The Continentals aim to ride that momentum into 2012 when they move from the Liberty League to the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC). Eight starters return for a team that has won 21 games the last two years. Garrett Akie '12, Henry Burchenal '12, Paul Citarella '12, Jon Leanos '12, Luke Sadoff '12 and Max Vaickus '12 are the six seniors on the squad. Leanos and Sadoff are two-time team captains.
